These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VIPS Environmental Services website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VIPS Environmental Services is a licensed pest management and environmental sanitation company headquartered at 4590 W Hamilton Pl, Denver, CO 80236, USA, owned and operated by Raymon D. Maderas. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement provided at the time of engagement.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access, (b) upload malicious code, (c) scrape content for competitive purposes, or (d) misrepresent your identity.
All content on this website — text, images, logos, graphics and code — is the property of VIPS Environmental Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Any pricing, estimates or quotes provided through this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding contract is formed only upon signature of a written service agreement.
Our recurring service programs include a re-treatment warranty as detailed in your service agreement. One-time treatments carry limited warranties described at the time of purchase. Warranties do not cover damage caused by structural issues, sanitation deficiencies or customer failure to follow post-treatment recommendations.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Colorado law. Returned payments incur a $35 fee.
Our website is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIPS Environmental Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIPS Environmental Services, its officers, employees and agents from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
