Yes. We prioritize reduced-risk products and precise application methods. After most treatments, occupants can re-enter treated areas as soon as the product is dry β typically 30β60 minutes. Product safety data sheets are provided for every service.
Do you offer eco-friendly or organic pest control?
Absolutely. We offer botanical and organic-compatible programs using EcoVia, Essentria and other OMRI-listed products. These are especially popular for schools, daycares and homes with young children or immunocompromised residents.
How much does pest control cost in Denver?
Residential quarterly service starts at $39/month for homes up to 2,000 sqft. Commercial pricing depends on facility type, square footage and service frequency. We provide free, written estimates before any work is scheduled.
Do I need to leave the property during treatment?
For standard perimeter and interior treatments, no. For fogging, heat treatment (bed bugs) or extensive disinfection, you may need to be away for 2β4 hours. We'll always let you know in advance.
What is your service guarantee?
Every recurring service comes with a re-treatment warranty. If pests return between scheduled visits, we return at no additional cost. One-time treatments carry a 30-day guarantee; bed bug treatments carry a 60-day guarantee.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. VIPS Environmental is licensed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture (license #12-2029) and carries $2,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance plus workers' compensation coverage. Certificates available on request.
How quickly can you come out?
Same-day and next-day appointments are typically available. Emergency situations (bee swarms, rodent contamination, sudden bed bug discovery) are prioritized and can often be handled within 4 hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, check and cash. Commercial accounts can be invoiced net-30. Recurring residential service can be set up on autopay.

Yes. Every service includes a digital service report with product data, application areas, technician signature and photos. Commercial clients receive monthly or quarterly summary reports formatted for AIB, SQF and health-department audits.
